Mobile drawer menu for tablet

When on default desktop menu (any option, except Mobile drawer menu) we get a nice, eleborate menu that automatically switches to the mobile hamburger when on a phone. For a tablet it would be preferred if we could have the same option to choose a,mobile first design and switch to the hamburger sooner. The gap between desktop layout and mobile is too big, leaving tablet a bit neglected and awkward.
