Cart Incentivisation: Add Milestones for Free Offers

Currently the cart drawer shows free shipping milestone "you are $25 away from free shipping".
I'd like to add up to 3 offers:
e.g.
1. spend $120 for free standard shipping
2. spend $150 for free express
3. spend $200 for a free gift
Monster Upsell is a good example of this but it is not compatible with another App that I use (bundler).
